Our dear readers, subscribers, participants of cultural events!
How we can and should start December issue of our video-newspaper ART News? With congratulations of course! New year 2016 is not far off! We’d like to congratulate with a new coming year! A little bit later in this issue we’ll summarize the results of a year 2015 and now we’d like just to congratulate you. Those who follow Chinese calendar probably know that 2016 is a year of a Red Fire Monkey. Therefore we wish you that this year would be the same bright from positive emotions, the same beautiful from new shows and performances, the same inspiring for new achievements. Generally in spite of a New Year’s symbol, we wish comfort in your homes, joy from communication with your close and dear family, friends, and let the New Year make 1 dream come true or at least bring nearer to it! Happy New Year!
What should we expect from 2016? As usual 2 main events in spring and autumn are international competition & festival of Art AVE BOHEMIA, and choreographic school AVE BOHEMIA SUMMER in July. One more useful information: traditionally in the end of the year we have established a schedule for events in 2017. This information you can find on our website: http://www.aveproduction.eu/
We’d like to summarize the results of a year 2015 in this section. Let us plunge into pleasant memories…
The first memorable event in 2015 was traditionally in spring- International contest& festival of art AVE BOHEMIA took place in the end of March. It was our 7th festival. Participants and leaders marked organizational level of the festival, we heard a lot of pleasant words: elegant, intelligent, with a good taste, full of content, cozy. It’s very important for us to combine professionalism and also help our participants feel like home to decrease excitement before coming to a stage and show one’s talent for 100%!
Then in April art director Jevgenij Vrublevskij was invited to Novosibirsk as a member of a jury in a contest of variety dance “DANCE EXPRESS”. Jevgenij marked a high level of technical and spiritual talents of participants. 3 days were full of work as there were 70 teams to estimate. Due to a great job of Larisa Gorbunova who was an organizer of a festival, those 3 days we worked easily and fruitful. Also Evgenij gave a workshop in a modernist style as a part of a festival. The contest itself as well as the workshop passed with flying colors.
The whole world was celebrating a significant event in May- 70 years of victory over fascism. 70 years ago ended a period of hunger, privation, sufferings, millions of deaths and peace came. Different countries and cities were organizing concerts, festivals, exhibitions and much more as a part of celebration. Culture and creative work have always been able to unite people. Evgeniji and Viktoria were invited to 2 festivals. One took place in Hradec Kralove(The Czech Republic), the second was in Duisburg(Germany).
· choreographic contest Hradecka Odetta took place in Hradec Kralove. We’d like to mention a high organizational level of this contest. Generally 600 people took part in the contest who showed their talent in modernist and classical dance. The contest itself lasted for 2 days and took place in Philharmonic Hall.
· contest «New wave» organized by VIRA(Verein zur Integration von russlanddeutschen Aussiedlern e.V. Tanzschule Let´s Dance, Altenkirchen). The heart of the festival was Victor Scherf and his love to art. This man put his whole soul and money into this public event and results were astonishing.
Next we recollect hot summer days which was hot literally and figuratively.
Choreographic summer school AVE BOHEMIA SUMMER got together participants from the USA, Japan ab=nd the Czech Republic. There were workhops in classical, modernist and contemporary dance. All workshops took place in ballet halls of Prague State Choreographic College from July 13-25, 2015.
Summer flew by very quickly and a new academic year started. Time for autumn festival of art AVE BOHEMIA crept over along with it. Guests from Germany, Georgia, Spain, Latvia and Russia came to the festival this autumn. Participants presented their countries on a very high level. Academia de Danza Alira from Spain took part in the festival for the first time. They showed all their love to dance and received very high valuation from the jury. A young violin player from Georgia visited the festival for the first time. Nia Gharibashvili (leader Tatiana Achviladianyt) played “Ave Maria” in such a nice and tender way. Young and fragile girl showed her skills to play the violin in a very confident way! Bravo and we hope to hear new performances, Nia!
